Marked on the rear DPAUW for the 'De Paauw' workshop, Delft, 1651-1774 and with a label from Evan Dam, Rotterdam. 
The arms are of White of Exeter, County Devon, identified by Mrs. Angela Howard, expert in Chinese export armorial porcelain. The Latin motto reads 'Qui Capit, Capitur', which translates to 'He who takes is taken'.
