- Sotheby's Milan, 11 December 2008, lot 1 for a related pair of vases. (sold EUR 19.950,00). (link) The following catalogue note was found there: These two bottles belong to a pharmacy set dated between 1579 and 1580, as indicated by these dates on some examples. A vase with identical decoration, preserved in the International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza, was published by L. Arbace in Il conoscitore di maioliche Italiane del Rinascimento, Milan, 1992, cat. 56.
