Origin: Shanghai, China, the print workshop of the Tushanwan Orphanage, founded by Jesuit missionaries in 1864.

The prayer of the 'Five holy wounds' was introduced in the 17th C. in China by a French missionary from the 'Missions étrangères', Jean Martin Moye, and was translated and printed in Chinese.
The central panel is surrounded by historiated medallions.
